Brass and Bronze Fabrication

Most steel window fabricators work in one material. We weld brass, bronze, Corten, stainless and galvanized steel in the same workshop. That range is usually the reason a project lands with us: it is the one your regular supplier turned down.

A Corner You Can Put Your Hand On

Brass does not forgive. It moves under heat, it marks under a careless tool, and every weld shows. A mitred corner in brass is either clean or it is obvious. Every joint is ground, sanded and finished by hand before the frame leaves the bench.

Welded Through, Not Mechanically Joined

Corners are welded and dressed back to the profile line. No visible fixings, no filler standing in for a joint. The finished frame reads as one piece of metal, which is the whole point of specifying brass in the first place.

In the workshop

From Drawing to Finished Profile

Every construction is engineered in 3D before anything is cut. The shop drawings travel with the profile through the workshop, which is why our drawings are detailed enough for your client to sign and your installer to work from without picking up the phone.
