ASC Projekt fabricates steel windows and doors for the companies that sell and install them. Fifteen years in business, and serving projects in the United States and the United Kingdom for all of them.
What We Do
- 3D shop drawings for every unit, checked before a profile is cut
- Fabrication in our own workshop — 2,500 m², around 50 people
- Welding in galvanized steel, Corten, brass, bronze and stainless
- Glazing, finishing and paint to your RAL
- A second glass inspection before anything is packed
- Export packing and container loading at our works

How we trade
Terms, Before You Ask
The three questions every fabricator asks us first, answered up front.
No minimum order
We will make one door. A single unit gets the same shop drawings and the same packing as a run of a hundred.
No price list
Every project is quoted on its own. You get a purchase price and set your own; we do not publish numbers that would undercut you.
Exclusivity is earned
We do not hand out territories on day one. It follows a working relationship and agreed volumes — a premium product in the wrong hands costs us both.
Systems We Fabricate
Authorized Secco Sistemi fabricator — twelve years on the system. We also run Jansen, Forster and Ottostumm, thermally broken and non-thermal.
Every construction is drawn in 3D before it is cut. If a project calls for a system we do not carry, we will tell you that instead of improvising.
Getting it to you
The Journey Is Part of the Product
Shipping is FCA
We load the container at our works and help you arrange logistics in Europe. Freight and customs stay with you, so you keep control of the route and the cost.
Packing is engineered
Crating is designed for the specific load, not improvised on the loading bay. Damage claims are won or lost here, and it is the part most suppliers treat as an afterthought.
Lead time is quoted, not promised
It depends on profile and glass availability, drawing approval, paint and the sea leg. You get a real date for your project rather than a number from a brochure.
We Look for the Fix, Not the Clause
Two years from readiness to ship. Glass carries five years on the seal, ten in some cases, assessed to the European standard — a defect is one visible from three metres with the unaided eye.
We re-inspect glass before it is packed. And when something does go wrong, we have put replacement parts on a plane rather than let a dealer wait for the next container.
