Twelve Years on the System

ASC Projekt is an authorized Secco Sistemi fabricator. We buy the profiles, cut them, weld them, grind the welds back and finish them in our own workshop, then ship finished units to the project.

A fabricator, not a reseller

Secco is a system with its own tolerances and its own hardware. We have run it for twelve years, alongside Jansen, Forster and Ottostumm.

Nothing arrives here half-made. The profiles come in as profiles and leave as finished windows, doors, partitions and screens.

How the work runs

Drawn First, Then Cut

The same sequence on every job, whether it is one door or a hundred.

Modelled in 3D

Every construction is drawn before anything is cut — sightlines, glazing beads, hardware positions, thermal break continuity. By the time a saw touches steel there is nothing left to interpret.

Cut, welded and finished here

Cutting, welding, grinding and finishing happen in our own workshop. Powder coating, hand-applied finishes, stainless, Corten and solid brass — the finish options are ours to run, not subcontracted.

No minimum order

One window goes through the same drawings, the same welding and the same packing as a run of a hundred. It is usually how a new client finds out whether we are worth the freight.

Before it ships

The glass supplier checks the units. We check them again, one by one, before packing. The European standard says a defect counts if you can see it from three metres with the naked eye. We look closer than that.

Working with us from North America

We answer in English. The workshop runs on Central European Time, six hours ahead of New York. Send drawings and a real number comes back, usually within 24 to 48 hours. If a project needs a system we do not run, we tell you that instead of guessing.

Dealers and installers: we fabricate, you sell and install. No minimum order, no price list, your name or ours. See the dealer terms or send drawings for a quote.
